Low Membership Costs

 Individual Doctor Memberships are $100 for the initial year (includes a handsome 8”x12” membership plaque in your name, suitable for hanging in your practice).

Individual membership renewal for subsequent years will be at only $65.

Group Practice - $100 first member plus $25 for each additional doctor per year.

Student and Auxiliary Membership - $25 per year (no plaque).
