The Snor.x is a fresh approach for the treatment for snoring and obstructive sleep apnea. Unlike other appliances that protrude the mandible forward, the Snor.x appliance gently holds the tongue forward, opening the upper airway. The Snor.x is made of two pieces, a tongue sleeve and a plastic ring that goes around the sleeve, and is held in place by notches on each side. The patient can easily adjust the appliance for comfort and effectiveness. Air vents are sculpted on the upper surface of the appliance to facilitate mouth breathing. The Snor.x is particularly useful when treating patients that are edentulous. Available in regular size only.
