The V.T.O. provides scientifically-based dental, skeletal and soft tissue
changes based upon orthodontic and/or surgical treatment. This valuable tool is
helpful during treatment planning and consultations in order to visualize the
soft tissue changes that occur depending on the type of corrections that are
required. This service will provide the “pre-treatment” (current) and the
“treatment objective” (predicted) lateral view when the patient is placed to
their “ideal” position. Simply provide a digital or traditional film
cephalometric x-ray and a lateral (profile) photograph of the patient. The
V.T.O. is routinely utilized when diagnosing and treating the following types
