treatment plan will allow you to make the clinical decisions to do both. The
Orthodontic Diagnostic Service is a more in-depth evaluation of your patient
when they are in need of a multi-phase treatment plan. Whether you are a
beginner or experienced in orthodontic treatment, this service can save you
from referring a patient out of your practice. After a careful analysis of your
records by our on-staff dentist (active link to Our page, you will receive a true
“Second Opinion”.
This comprehensive treatment planning service includes a 30+ page customized
report that contains a cephalometric analysis report, a model and photographic
evaluation, a photographic layout, a “patient specific” diagnosis and treatment
plan, illustrated appliance designs, detailed “step-by-step” appliance
adjustment techniques and sequencing procedures, patient instructions, an
informed consent document, appliance costs, reference information and a $25.00
voucher towards the fabrication of an appliance. All of this vital information
is then returned to your office as a Printed or Digital report ready for your
patient/parent consultation.
