ORTHODONTIC DIAGNOSTIC SERVICE

Knowing what cases to treat is as important as knowing how. This detailed treatment plan will allow you to make the clinical decisions to do both. The Orthodontic Diagnostic Service is a more in-depth evaluation of your patient when they are in need of a multi-phase treatment plan. Whether you are a beginner or experienced in orthodontic treatment, this service can save you from referring a patient out of your practice. After a careful analysis of your records by our on-staff dentist (active link to Our On Staff Dentist page, you will receive a true “Second Opinion”.

This comprehensive treatment planning service includes a 30+ page customized report that contains a cephalometric analysis report, a model and photographic evaluation, a photographic layout, a “patient specific” diagnosis and treatment plan, illustrated appliance designs, detailed “step-by-step” appliance adjustment techniques and sequencing procedures, patient instructions, an informed consent document, appliance costs, reference information and a $25.00 voucher towards the fabrication of an appliance. All of this vital information is then returned to your office as a Printed or Digital report ready for your patient/parent consultation.

Getting a true “Second Opinion” will:

  • Help you decide if this is a case for you to treat.
  • Save you from referring a patient out of your practice.
