PHONE CONSULTATION SERVICE
Need help with a particular case? Not sure whether you can create space for the lower crowded anteriors? Having problems adjusting an appliance? As an integral part of the Appliance Therapy Group with Space Maintainers Laboratories®, we can provide the answers to all your questions.
This service allows you to talk “one-on-one” with one of our appliance design experts so all of your questions and/or concerns can be addressed. Simply provide the treatment objectives on the lab slip and either write “Please Call” or check off the Phone Consultation box on the prescription form. Upon receipt of the case, one of the staff members from our design team will call your office. If we are unable to speak with you at the initial phone call, we can schedule a specific time you are available. The option of setting up an appointment eliminates the possibility of pulling you away from a patient and allows you to have the patient records that are needed to discuss the case in front of you. Upon completion of the phone call, you have the option of having the appliance fabricated by Space Maintainers Laboratory. This valuable and unique service provides many options to suit your needs.
NOTE: If your case demands more attention than a phone consult, we will ask for further records at the time of the consultation so you can receive a True “Second Opinion”
from our on-staff clinician.
